All service and parts are charged at normal rates, on all service requests initiated by customer.

➤ MPS Lite

Unlimited service, labor and mileage charges are built into the price of the toner cartridge. Parts and kits are billed at normal rates.

➤ MPS Bundled Services

Unlimited service, labor and mileage charges, parts, 24x7 monitoring, auto toner fullfillment, pro-active service dispatch and pro-active print environment reporting 24x7 are all included in the price of the toner. Maintenance and fuser kits are excluded.

➤ MPS Price per Page

Unlimited service, labor and mileage charges, parts, 24x7 monitoring, auto toner fullfillment, pro-active service dispatch, pro-active print environment reporting 24x7, maintenance, fuser kits and toner are all included in a price per page basis.

Certain conditions apply.
Printers must be reparable with parts readily available.
COS-MPS reserves the right to exclude any printer from any plan that can not be maintained under normal conditions.
External devices on MFP devices are not included on any plan
